I can’t imagine myself outside a kitchen. I love discovering new things, but in the end my philosophy stays the same: simple, clean quality in every dish.
I learned by studying and cooking across Greece
I started when I studied Culinary Arts in Athens at Le Monde, then I went to Mykonos and later back to Athens at Aleria. Each step shaped my technique and my respect for ingredients.
I respect every ingredient and let results speak
I stay simple with clean flavors and treat every ingredient with equal respect. I stay humble and let the final result speak on the plate.
